For General Notary Services, we offer Service in an efficient and timely manner at hospitals, assisted living facilities, local banks, law firms, car dealerships, insurance companies, or locations needing a mobile notary public. Our services includes but not limited to:
Acknowledgement Fee
Jurat (Oath) Fee
Certified "True" Copy
Affidavits
Deposition
Virginia law allows Notaries to charge a fee of $5 per notarial act.
Travel fee: $35 (within service area) and is in addition to notarial stamp cost.
Additional fees:
Weekend & Holiday: A $10 surcharge will be applied for notarial services on Sunday and Holiday's.
After Hours Fee: Notarization needed after hours will incur additional fees and will occur at a public location specified by the notary.
Outside Service Area/Long Distance: Fees are based on distance. Please call or email for a rates.
Flat Fee Rates: Will be charged for hospital, assisted living, retirement, nursing homes,and rehabilitation facilities. Please call or email us for rates.
Please call for rates, a travel fee will be applied to all services provided. Additional fees will be applied, if applicable.

Mortgage Loan Signing Services $100 - $200
For Loan Signings and Documents, please call for rates. We provide a broad range of notary services and are flexible to travel to meet our clients home or office and execute the signing of their loan documents. Pricing is based on the request. Please click on "Contact Us" to discuss your needs.
Document pickup is available at no additional charge within a 10 mile radius of signing location.
Early bird signings before 8:00 am and special document handling may incur additional handling fees.
